Urgently looking for an experienced Front Office Manager in UAE.
Conduct monthly reward and recognition meeting /celebrate hotel and associate achievements.
Send letter of confirmation/return checks when registration denied.
Assists with the development and updating of guest rooming procedures.
Assists with the development and management of repeat guest and VIP service programs.
Ensures adherence to all hotel cashier and credit policies.
Monitors hotel Credit Limit Report on a daily basis, ensuring timely payments on accounts.
High School Graduate.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Effective decision making skills.
Two years experience in same field.
