About the role:
Oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards
Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
Set departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork
Drives up selling at the point of check-in to increase overall room s revenue and increase the RevPar uplift.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in similar capacity in an upscale 4* Hotel / Resort environment.
Ability to speak multiple language will be an added advantage
Self-motivated, demonstrates excellent leadership skill
Good Guest Relation Skills
Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management / Business Administration or any other related courses
Fluency in English is a must
