Should have experience in Banking domain - corporate banking, mobile banking and online banking
Experience in Chatbot testing (conversation and voice testing, multiple instructions in a request, conversations with background noises, different dictions, localization needs, ability of the Chatbot to help in user navigation and the ability to handle errors etc.,)
Devise and implement test strategy, design and perform functional testing, participate in design & development for test automation, assist business users, perform defect management, root cause analysis and reporting.
Should be familiar with any test case /Defect management tool (Confluence / JIRA )
Working knowledge of Kanban or other visual management methodologies.
Excellent Communication (English) and team handling skill.
Familiarity with technologies like AngularJS, NodeJS, MongoDB
