BASICALLY TO LEAD ENTIRE MARKETING AND SALES FUNCTION of Companys Auto component business on PAN INDIA Basis
1. Market Research, market Intelligence, Market development and awareness of new Happening in Auto World.
2. New business development and identify potential customers / Business.
3. Responsible for alignment with existing customer for new business opportunities & RFQs.
4. Managing RFQ level technical agreements, Product estimation based on Scientific Product cost sheet and quote submission to customer
5. Negotiation and Acquisition of New Business and maintaining profit targets,
6. Negotiations and business finalisation for existing business with customers, annual price Negotiations,Monitoring rate revision and getting timely price amendments from customers
7. Monitoring New Business Time plan adherence
8. Sales Plan Preparation, Monitoring, Evaluation & GAP Analysis, Monitor action plan
9. Receivables management.
10. Good command on English and communication with Japanese people in India and Japan will be considered as an added advantage..
Person should have hands on Experience for MS office (Excel, power Points etc) and to work on SAP,
