as a key member of the marketing team, the Graphic Designer is responsible for
creating design solutions with high visual impact. This position is required to work across a
variety of products, including print and digital advertising, promotion and
marketing as well as signage, corporate identity, exhibitions and packaging.
Graphic Designer must be comfortable working within the St. Regis guidelines
while also able to creatively step outside the box to develop creative,
engaging work for the hotel s restaurants, bars, spa and beach club.
the work of the Graphic Designer must help position the hotel and its
facilities within the community as well as internationally to enable greater
brand awareness, footfall and revenue.
• Meet with marketing and various business units to discuss the
business objectives and requirements of the job
• Interpret the business needs/brief and develop concepts to suit
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• Present finalized ideas and concepts to the marketing team and key
• Skilled in the use of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop,
Animation, Premier Pro, Video editing and Flash and able to work with a
wide range of media
• Develop high-quality creative advertising, HTMLs, digital banners,
internal and external newsletters, brochures, packaging, display artworks,
• Contribute ideas and design artwork for new hotel/restaurant
• Check, amend and compile content text for ads, sales material,
• Social Media knowledge
• Work as part of a team with marketing, printers, copywriters, photographers
• Assist the Marketing team to develop, implement, monitor and
evaluate the hotel s marketing communications strategy, including
advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral, so as
to support the marketing objectives for the hotel and maximize the hotel s
positive exposure in local, national and international markets
• Perform all duties efficiently and in accordance with established
Graphic design qualification
Must have at least 3 years experience in graphic design
within an agency, luxury hospitality or luxury industry would be an advantage
