Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong leadership to the finance team
Demonstrate commercial mindset to play a key role is both the financial strategy as well as the overall corporate strategy and direction.
Leading the company s growths through merger and acquisitions and authorizing control over the treasury function
Leadership, oversight of financial control mechanism, ensuring best practice and financial governance
Ability to drive business and financial planning and provide meaningful analysis identifying and driving financial performance indicators across the group
Provide strategic leadership and manage the relationship and key stakeholders and management
Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
Leadership in developing and maintaining accounting standards for the group
Leadership & Oversight on treasury, investments and liquidity management for the Group
Key Requirements:
Understanding and experience on the financial regulatory requirements of Saudi listed entities is crucial
Experience of leading the CFO function in listed entities or MNC s
5+ years of experience of serving as a CFO
Experience of leading large team sizes of 20+
