ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of our Growth Hacker role is to .
• Responsible for having a deep understanding of how users engage with the live products
• Classify the needs of paying/non-paying users
• Analyze critical user journeys
• Creating the right metrics to measure users (old new).
• Initiate Tracks to increase new user acquisitions and maximize the Lifetime Value of existing users.
• Lead the tracks for top down approach of user experience of live portals (SEO, user journey, ) and bottom up approaches (billing mechanisms enhancements, infrastructure performance,..).
• User behavior Analytics: How was the user journeys statistics and what does it mean.
• Product growth: What the market trends for similar products and what is the features gap analysis.
• Content Analysis: What the relevancy of the portal/app content and is it outdated/needs restructuring based on user journey stats.
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate has exceptionally high ownership, excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment. They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving; breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items. You will be a visionary team member who is self-driven and able to work independently. Those with experience in the mobile digital entertainment industry would be at a distinct advantage
Other qualifications include:
• Bachelor s degree in computer science/IT Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in the IT Industry within operations / support or service Environment.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Mobile network E2E GSM, WCDMA, Core, VAS and IPBB.
• Good knowledge and understanding of ETOM, & ITIL Framework.
• Excellent Analytical skills.
• Good Knowledge of BI and Data Analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think quickly and calmly when working under pressure.
• Focused on continuous improvement and increase effectiveness with knowledge and prior experience.
• Deep understanding of service providers / operators business requirements.
• Priority setting to resolve conflicting goals with restricted resources.
• Result oriented with good skills in leading and motivating people and conscious of responsibility.
• Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands
• A thorough and methodical approach to work
• Highly developed skills in interpersonal communication
• Highly developed skills in knowledge sharing by actively contributing knowledge, experience, and skills to create a learning culture
• Drive high performance culture in organization
• Excellent knowledge in Micro Soft Office.
• Fluent in English
