Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general service requests
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, and other teams
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
  • Support daily lobby operations and maintain guest flow
  • Prepare reports, update guest information, and complete documentation
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries through phone, email, or in person
  • Ensure guest requests are handled accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
