*As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
8-10 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of consulting experience. Prior team leadership or management experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to travel as needed.

• Manage team that implement and support all HCM Modules in E-Business Suite or Fusion applications.
• Ensure operational stability and that applications meet the practical needs of the customer.
• Evaluate system performance, make enhancement recommendations, manages system development, support activities and Manage service request from customers.
• Communicates status of activities with the team, peers, and management.
• Selects, develops and motivates assigned staff.
• Achieves planned goals by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles and practical experience.
• Act as a liaison and foster positive relationships between customers and his team
• Resolve system issues by proposing feasible solutions and follow-through with his team to end up with efficient resolution.
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis and setup business process re-engineering.
• Accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design. Alternatively, responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications.
• المعرفة والمهارات والقدرات المطلوبة:
2-1 Education /Training:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Fluent in English on top of the Arabic mother tong.
تجربة 2-2:
• Generally 17 years of experience in in ERP application implementation and support.
2-3 Technical Skills:
• Must have a deep understanding of Oracle applications EBS and Fusion in HCM.
• Must have deep technical experience.
• Must have a very good experience in writing fast formula, using data base items, functions and writing the complex code.
• Must have a deep knowledge about how to register, use, and implement User Hooks for different events.
• Must have experience in Government/Private sectors, and have at least 8 to 10 successful full cycle implementation for all Modules.
• Must have a very good knowledge about how to setup and use provisions, and have a very good experience in integration with finance modules.
• Good knowledge of Saudi labor low and how it is implemented in system.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia localization
• Must have very good experience in customization, personalization, formula functions in EBS and fusion.
• Experience in IT Industry and project management.
• Must have deep knowledge of implementing the following modules in details on Oracle fusion and Oracle EBS:

• Strong knowledge of designing integration solutions with third party applications.
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis and setup business process re-engineering.
• Preferred experience with other applications tracks
