Generates, presents and posts a weekly menu and prepares meals for guests with special diets.
Inspects and maintains kitchen and food storage to meet all food safety regulations.
Coordinates with maintenance staff for all repairs to kitchen appliances and material.
Manage kitchen operations for F&B outlets and banquets at one of our two hotels.
Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer.
High School Diploma
Two years experience in same field.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
Exhibit keen customer service skills.
