Role Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a proven track record in developing and leading
digital sales and marketing for HVAC B2C and B2B channels. As an established digital leader, you should have
the skills to influence at every level, imparting your digital knowledge and skills in a constructive, empowering,
and collaborative way. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations and working closely with the
management team, you will be the driving force behind our organization's digital sales program. You will bring
in special focus on creating new value through the smart use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, services,
and processes.

Responsibilities
 Lead the creation and development of digital sales strategy and serve as a cross-functional change
agent across the organization.
 Incubate the digital business, define and monitor goals and KPI’s for all digital channels (end-to end)
to improve customer experience (satisfaction) and P&L performance.
 Systematically coordinate the development of digital analytics to understand performance and
customer behavior across touch points and campaigns.
 Analyze the sales performance, margins and expenses and recommend the changes within the digital,
web, ecommerce framework.
 Ensure collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital best practices between partners and colleagues
to help embed a robust digital ecosystem.
 Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services,
processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.

Job Description
Skills:
 This role requires advanced experience in Sales & Digital Sales& marketing.
 Highly motivated goal-oriented self-starter with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
 Takes initiative to make things happen, identifies what needs to be done and does it.

 Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: strong verbal phone communication, presentation skills and robust
influencing skills with persistence to overcome objectives.

 Have an innovative mindset, constantly looking forward.
 Proven influencing and collaboration skills.

THE LARGEST CARRIER JOINT VENTURE HVAC DISTRIBUTION COMPANY OUTSIDE USA

AHI Carrier formerly known as Air-conditioning & Heating International (AHI) became a Carrier Joint Venture Company on December 18th, 2008. The partnership between Carrier and AHI dates back to December 1997 when the first ag reement was signed for distribution of Carrier products in Russia and all of CIS countries (12 countries).

In 1999, Carrier& Toshiba Air-conditioning entered into a Joint Venture and as a consequence the Toshiba range of air-conditioning products were added for distribution in our territories. Success came early and in 2000 Carrier rewarded us by expanding our distribution rights to East and Central Africa (15 countries).

Since the creation of “AHI Carrier” Joint Venture, more countries have been added to include Middle East, Central and South Eastern Europe, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa (42 countries).

AHI Carrier keeps a flexible and aggressive forward sales structure (sales offices & dealer network) and builds sales support functions in a centralized back office (Sharjah, U.A.E). The strategy focuses on economies of scale and allows AHI Carrier to quickly respond to opportunities in the sales area, parallely building a competitive system of product specification and technical support, logistics coordination, finance & M.I.S.

The most critical factor contributing AHI’s successful track record of profitable growth has been its commitment to service – and this commitment will become increasingly important in the future.

AHI Carrier runs TOTALINE stores in Australia, New Zealand & Middle East where more such stores are being added. TOTALINE stocks and sells a full range of HVACR parts, consumables & tools for residential and commercial applications.

AHI Carrier now distributes Carrier & Toshiba HVAC products in 63 & 50 countries respectively across 4 continents.
