-Can use data to strategize and maintain outstanding faculty outcomes.
-Caring leader who can support and inspire a team.
-Dynamic, enthusiastic, and well-qualified holding as a minimum, a B.Ed., B.Sc., or a B.A & PGCE and QTS.
