Teads is looking for a Head of Enterprise Solutions in Dubai to promote the sale of new products and offerings within brands and agency media teams.
===== Key Responsibilities =====
• Be the Commercial lead for Teads Ad Manager (TAM) and other strategic initiatives such as inRead Social and our DSP partnerships.
• Build a strategic plan to achieve goals and proactively seek out new customers to activate on the Teads Ad Manager platform
• Collaborate with general sales team to unlock new business at Brand Directs, Agency Holding Companies and Independent agencies
• Work with MD and Head of Sales to ensure best team practices are under took and strategy is aligned internally
• Develop deep product understanding TAM, inRead Social and our PRG offerings
• Communicate the value of the TAM and inRead Social by walking through detailed demonstrations of the product
• Post sale, work cross functionally with Teads account management and sales team to guide successful customer platform on-boarding
• Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers at current and prospective clients
• Work with agency traders to understand platform usage and obtain product feedback
• Work with the product team to help share customer insights to shape our platform
• Commercialize new products as they are rolled out on Teads Ad Manager
==== Requirements ====
• Bachelor s Degree from an accredited four-year university; MBA or other advanced degree a plus
• 5+ years of experience selling advertising software where the sales cycle can be long and complex with many stakeholders to influence
• Strong programmatic experience
• Extensive experience working with customers on software onboarding
• History of longstanding, consultative client relationships
• Strong background working with Agency Holding Companies, Brands, and Independent agencies
• Collaborate well across multiple teams
• Strong quantitative skills and negotiations ability
• Self-starter & quick learner
• Able to travel
