The Role
Greenstone Equity Partners is currently hiring for a skilled Head of Coverage, Oman to work within our Regional Fund Placement Department in Muscat, Oman.
The Head of Coverage works closely with the Dubai based Fund Placement Team, International Fund Managers and locally based Investors to identify relevant Investors from our existing network, assist in arranging targeted meetings, resolve due diligence needs and facilitate Limited Partner subscriptions into the Fund.
The role requires a fundamental understanding of alternative investment products and the ability to creatively perform all activities required to succeed in raising capital from sophisticated regional investment organizations. The role requires the ability to harness and optimise our local Investor networks to identify investment opportunities and overcome Investor hurdles.
The Candidate
Greenstone is seeking individuals who are highly motivated, passionate, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavours. In addition, outstanding candidates for this role will possess:
• Outstanding knowledge and understanding of the local Investor group;
• Existing relationships and contacts within the region is a distinct advantage;
• The ability to build and maintain trusted, well established relationships with Investors;
• Relevant experience selling financial products to investment organisations;
• Ability to quickly dissect and become fluent in any given PE fund and sub-strategy;
• Commercially astute, articulate and technically strong with a hands-on approach to challenges;
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively both individual and as part of a team;
• Outstanding communication skills. Arabic language skills are required for this role;
Candidates must hold GCC Citizenship to be registered by the relevant Regulatory Authority.
