• Manage complete business operations and ensure effective and successful management of resources.
• Ensure the companies Mission, Vision and HSE culture are met as set.
• Prepare and set business plans together with DGM/GM/CEO.
• Monthly and quarterly update/review of the business performance in terms P/L with DGM/GM/CEO.
• Guiding and supporting project management team to deliver projects on time and budget
• Develop and grow employee personnel skills and in house capabilities.
• Project management, Construction, Estimation, Budget & Schedule for effective execution of EPC Project.
• Prepare EPC documents - PEP, CEP, Method statement, Schedule &resources, Histogram, Interface Register for approval.
• Attend client meetings, prepare presentations, technical discussions with client as per the EPC scope.
• Develop weekly, monthly progress schedules with base line /actual - update to client accordingly.
• Prepare & update of the PMS, report to Operations Manager Projects with reviews and maintain KPI.
• Prepare HESCES register, project risk registers – identify critical phases, provide mitigations to those areas.
• Periodic equipment inspections, survey, prepare assessment reports on their conditions & recommendations.
• Maintain codes & standards for verification / audits.
