Join our Digital Marketing team, as the Head of Social Media you will be working
to develop robust, integrated social media strategies that drive engagement and
advocacy for Yas Island Theme Parks, Yas Island destination and other Yas
Island assets and attractions. In this role you will develop and lead
the Farah Experiences in-house social media agency to innovate and set
world-class standards for social media marketing.
work closely with the Brand
Marketing team, Public
Relations, Digital Marketing and Customer service teams to ensure that social media plans
are effectively integrated into brand marketing and paid media efforts, as well
as leverage any potential earned and owned media opportunities.
and execute the social media strategy through competitive research, platform
determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
• Own the
development of a strategic social media marketing plan and its associated
budget across campaigns and channels.
• Lead the Content Development team with the goal
to find fast, creative and efficient ways to build, execute and measure
innovative social media marketing plans that connect with guests, maximise
engagement and create sharing, talk value and brand advocacy.
• Lead the development and direct the
implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still
imagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilize the
technology available on any given social media/digital platform.
all Farah Experiences Social Media accounts with strong interpersonal and
communication skills to finesse delicate client relationships while driving the
agency to produce its best results.
• Manage the content development relationships
with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat and other
partnerships and productive working relationships with theme park operations,
Guest Experiences and Yas Concierge and other related stakeholders to
build/leverage networking opportunities and integrate into strategic and
inspirational and creative and thought leadership on ways to reach and gain
attention of target audiences.
• Adopt a
data driven culture within the account team by capturing and analyzing social
media data insights and metrics, so providing the roadmap and direction for future
external agencies including the media and Influencer agency to drive positive
social media objectives
