About the role
The Head of Supply will be responsible planning, initiating and developing drivers loyalty programs & maintaining strong relationships with third party vendors and Studying the market and analyzing fleet & vendors needs
The key roles and responsibilities will include:
• In coordination with the Fleet team, the Head of supply is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with drivers and third party vendors
• Responsible for planning, initiating and developing drivers loyalty programs by studying the market and analyzing drivers needs
• Responsible for setting up Drivers /Truckers Union
• Ensure the Union programs optimization, members acquisition, engagement and retention
• Supervise and coordinate any marketing initiative that will enhance drivers experiences with our loyalty programs
• Establishing successful partnerships with third party vendors such as: spare parts suppliers/ funding entities (financing)/ service providers (insurance companies) etc.
• Responsible for planning and developing the Supply/ Loyalty team by hiring a team of skilled expertise capable of achieving the goals and objectives of the Supply Division
• Responsible for the analysis and reporting of the KPI s for the Supply division team and the KPI s for assigned loyalty programs
• Continuous & ongoing scanning of the market to constantly obtain best deals with best vendors and have multiple alternatives for every part of the program
• Thoroughly study the map of the Egyptian logistics market to maintain high level awareness of drivers spots of gatherings, drivers market trends, peak season and off season times
• Participate in the buildup of the fleet database (light and heavy trucks)
• Responsible for the GPS fixing program
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree is a must
• Previous experience as head of fleet / logistics and Operations
• Good Computer Skills (Office applications)
• Well organized
• have strong Management & Communication skills
• Attention to details
• Analytical Decision Maker & problem solver
• Professional in dealing with deadlines
