We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join our Contract logistics team in UAE Your Role Your role would be assisting the National QSHE Manager in achieving Safety, Health and Food Safety Management System & processes vision, mission, strategy Your Responsibilities
• Providing the competent assistance role in accordance with the management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations as well as corporate Safety & Health , Food Safety and Environment continuous improvement activities
• To liaise with the National QSHE Manager in dealing with the realisation of QSHE Management System Elements
• Develop and provide the Safe System Work Instructions according to safety risk assessment outcome as well as local regulations
• Establishing Safety Risk Assessment team within the organization, carry out safety risk assessments; planning and following corrective & preventive activities according to risk assessment outcomes.
• Carry out safety, health and food safety internal audits and site inspections; complete site visits reports promptly and submit to the appropriate KN responsible, partners persons together with recommended actions
Your Skills and Experiences
• Good Communication, Reporting, Presentation and analytical skills
• Relevant Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
• Area specific trainings and certificates
(OHSAS 18001, Nebosh, ISO 14001)
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and ability develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
