Apply standard operating procedures in your department.
Responsible for planning, work allotment, supervision, maintenance and preventive maintenance program of all Engineering Department.
Analyze and demonstrate solid knowledge of all engineering machinery.
Develop colleagues to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the department.
Inspect and operate of all electrical and mechanical equipment in the hotel.
Review the assessment regularly, when there is a change in procedure and in the event of an accident or ill health.
Ensures any preventive maintenance scheduled is carried out.
Supervises the identification and remediation of hazardous workplace conditions. Oversees the measurement and sampling of hazardous materials, and any removal of physical, biological and chemical hazards.
Responsible for the safety and health of employees and other workers.
Ensure colleagues are aware of all known or reasonably foreseeable health and safety hazards where they work.
