Planning and Supervision on the activities that related to the help desk and maintenance of all computer devices and peripheral devices of all branches and projects of the company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Engage establish goals and indications of performance measurement of Help Desk, prepare monthly or weekly plan according to goals and annual plan and what works occurred, and monitor its execution.
Ensure of policies and procedures of help desk apply, monitor its execution permanently, and engage its updating and submit it to his subordinators clearly.
Prepare an effective system to receive reports of devices errors and its need to maintain easily, and ensure rabidly respond to this reports and execute tasks efficiently, and get over errors of work-flow.
Supervise help desk staff, distribute daily tasks to them, ensure finishing tasks timely, and provide those advices and necessary technical support.
Supervise on maintenance of computer devices, printers and all accessories, and ensure devices reoperation normally, efficiently and as soon as possible when the errors occurred.
Review the periodic report of errors and department activities, thus analyze data and results, and submit it to line manager.
Negotiate with outsides companies about purchasing computer devices, and compare and choose best technical provided offers, and review technical specifications of purchased computers devices, and submit report in case of not correspond to take necessary back procedures.
Evaluate annual performance to line subordinators, and ensure that them achieve their annual goals, and take corrective procedures if required, and involve in specify training requirements of line subordinators like training, development and take necessary procedures coordinate with human resource sector to activate this plans.
