Job Descriptions
Provides functional assistance and direction to the F&B Operation as assigned.
Takes restaurants reservations and communicates the reservations and special guest needs to the restaurant team.
As guests arrive walk-in to the restaurant, the hostess assesses the outlet and, if an accommodating table is available, escorts the guests to the tables following reception and seating as defined in OSM.
Interacts with the restaurant/hotel guests in a friendly manner.
Makes sure that every guest in the restaurant is being granted full attention, reception and best possible care.
Approaches all tables during meals to ensure guests satisfaction.
Supports and maintains the good reputation of the hotel with her friendly and courteous attitude.
Must communicate to the guest the updated accurate promotions, novelties and changes in the sales promotions.
Ensures the guests are receiving the basic service rules, and helps in service whenever required.
Helps to organize the assigned Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner station in terms of cleanliness, mise-en-place and equipment.
Good command over the English language, other languages an advantage.
Able to work in a team and customer focused.
