What is the purpose of the job?
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleanliness of the guest rooms and corridors in line with the Premier Inn proposition and brand standards. And every day to constantly elevate the guest care quality and provide a fantastic service that our guests love.
Your day-to-day work:
• Deliver the best quality guest rooms cleaning services and make sure every guest feels they can relax and enjoy their time with us. It involves, but not limited to, making the bed, dusting the room and furniture, replenishing guest room and bath amenities and supplies, cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming the carpet.
• Clean corridors and floor public areas around the guest rooms assigned.
• Greet guests and take care of their requests.
• Follow Lost and Found policy for any items left in the area.
• Report any safety hazards, violations and maintenance needs to your Team Leader to ensure health and safety environment is maintained.
• Take part in any emergency procedures as per the hotel s standard.
What are we looking for?
Education and Experience:
• You will be likely to have minimum of one year experience in a branded hotel preferred.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Good English language.

• Customer-oriented approach.
• Flexible and agile.
• Strong attention to details.
