Job Brief: Should be able to manage and oversee the daily administrative procedures, HR requirements, comply with UAE Labor Laws, manage staff queries and complaints; overlooking the office management.
Role and Responsibilities:
HR duties include:
• Onboarding (job postings, shortlisting, interview process, background check, joining documents)
• Off-boarding (terminations, resignations, end of service, gratuity, visa cancelations)
• PRO process (visas, employment contract, EID)
• Managing staff trainings
• Preparing payroll (salaries/commissions)
• Performance appraisals (increments & bonuses)
• Maintaining confidential HR records
• Overlooking attendance & leaves (annual/sick/emergency)
• Preparing HR letters (salary certificates, NOC, experience letters)
• Updating HR policy to be in line with UAE Labor Law
Admin duties include:
• Maintaining a filing system for all company documents
• Updating and renewing documents (tenancy contract, licenses)
• Managing staff performance and collection of daily reports
• Greeting and directing all visitors
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Managing office supplies such as stationery/ equipment / food / grocery
• Schedule meetings / travel for executives
• Support in coordinating events
• Minute of meetings
Accounts and Procurement
• Supporting in submitting RFQ’s, tenders/ reports as required my Procurement Manager
• Petty cash, entry in Zoho & invoice sorting
• Bank statement collection/ bank payments
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree/Masters degree
• 2 years experience in HR/Admin & UAE Labor Law knowledge
