We are looking for HR & Administration Manager for Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the effective and efficient utilization of
resources (both human & material).
Ensure the timely arrival /departure of all employees
Ensure effective security arrangements at facility and camps.
Ensure appropriate housekeeping in the facility and camps,
for the provision of hygienic living environment and healthy working
conditions.

Ensure proper maintenance of all personal record of all employees.
Ensure employees logistics in case of new hiring and annual leaves of existing employees
Responsible id minting and all personal record of employees
Responsible of Induction of new employees
Lase with Departmental in charges to their routine offices housekeeping other offices necessities
Ensure up to date record of furniture & fixtures, vendor payments,
Ensure House keeping and Maintenance of offices.
Ensure up to date record of furniture & fixtures, vendor payments,
Ensure Proper utilization of camp capacity,
Must be Capable for handling up to 50 nos of management staff and 250-300 of blue collar staff.
Maintenance of attendance of white and blue collar teams, for timely desperation of salaries.
Liase with insurance compiles for health and assets insurance
management

Taking the Ownership of Company HSE Policy
Ensure to adhere to all HSE norms defined by the company
Leave Records

 Responsible for the maintenance of employee leave (earned, sick,
compensatory, without pay) records.

Employee Clearance
 Responsible for the timely processing and preparation of clearance
certificate of leaving employees.
 Responsible for providing the accurate required data of leaving
employee to Accounts department for the preparation of final
settlement of that employee.
 Maintains update record (like insurance, & mulkia) of company
owned vehicles
 Monitor repair and maintenance of company vehicles and
maintains its record.
 Keeps up to date record of vehicles usage.
Manpower Requirement Assessment & Interview Arrangements:
 Assist Production manager / general Manager in assessing
organizational manpower requirements.
 Facilitate HR Manager in creating and maintaining a pool of
applicants for the vacant positions.
 Screening out the applicants and short listing the candidates for
interview.
 Liaison with short listed candidates for interview arrangements with
concerned In-charges, HR Manager, Head Operations and Division
President (if needed).

Work Support Element:
 Coordinate with Administration, ICT, and Finance for the timely
arrangement of workstation, computer, telephone (mobile & land line
as per entitlement), issuance of email address, and other
accessories required to execute the job.

Manpower Requirement Assessment & Interview Arrangements:

 Assist HR Manager in assessing organizational manpower
requirements.
 Facilitate HR Manager in creating and maintaining a pool of
applicants for the vacant positions.
 Screening out the applicants and short listing the candidates for
interview.
 Liaison with short listed candidates for interview arrangements with
concerned In-charges, HR Manager, Head Operations and Division

Salary Negotiation, Induction & Orientation:

 Responsible for salary comparison, negotiation and communication
of offers to the selected candidates.
 Coordinate with Corporate R&S for the issuance of appointment
letters of the selected candidates.
 Coordinate with Administration for visa arrangements and timely
mobilization of the selected candidates.
 Responsible for introduction of the new joiners with key members of
the facility and plan their formal orientation of the business process.
 Responsible for the facilitation of the new joiners for their salary
advances, other joining benefits, medical insurance applications,
bank account openings etc.

HRIS Management:

 Ensure proper and timely updating of the personal, career
development, compensation and all other HR related records of all
permanent & contract employees in SAP.
