Duties & Responsibilities
• Running the day to day activities of the HR Department.
• Managing, updating and organizing all employees electronic and hard personal files and records.
• Managing the attendance system and report for different Employed Persons.
• Handling staff annual leaves, local leaves, sick reports and all other types of leave documents related to personnel. Maintain leave roaster, plans and EPs leave balances
• Handle staff overtime sheets, payment calculations and records keeping.
• Administering the Employed Persons Satisfaction Index (EPSI). Coordinates and facilitates HCL internal EPSI action items follow-up ensuring timely completion.
• Developing and administering CV Database and manage all the recruitment process paper work.
• Maintain the HR MIS / ERP database and generates scheduled or requested reports. Periodically audits the database to ensure accuracy, to sustain and improve the HR data integrity.
• Periodically updates and ensures that all HR-related legislation (taxation/Zakat/PAT decrees, periodicals, amendments) are maintained in the company s documentation system.
• Responsible of monthly SI sheets of accounts reconciliation.
• Administer company medical system and control of all medical invoices, ensure accurate expenses allocation. Assists EPs with any benefit claim issues or concerns.
• Keeps track of the company s policies and manuals ensuring documents in pigeonhole are maintained and updated.
• Keep an eye on office hygiene and cleanliness of the building and ensuring zero complaints.
• Preparation of monthly payroll, deductions, social insurance reconciliation, taxes and provide reports for approval.
• Participate and assist in any HR initiative, events, gatherings, HR Cafes logistical planning and preparations.
• Assist in the issuance of the HR Quarterly Magazine
• To perform any other duties required by HR Manager related to job title

• University Graduate in Human Resource Management or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in related field
