We are looking for you to become our HR Advisor to join our HR team in Saudi Guardian Manufacturing plant located at Al Jubail Industrial City.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Strong multi-tasking and ability to work through ambiguity in a fast-paced, high volume environment with demonstrated skill to handle multiple competing tasks and maintain a high-level of accuracy.
Administer and maintain HR activities such as payroll, benefits, employee records, invoicing & Onboarding.
Maintaining employees records in GOSI.
• Responsible and accountable for maintaining confident and sensitive information by elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.
• Interact effectively with employees and build relationships at all levels.
• Become a steward of our culture and embrace our business model as our way of doing business
• Strive for recruitment excellence by working with hiring managers in operation departments and HR business partner to determine staffing needs, source candidates, perform in-person interviews.
Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related business discipline
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience
Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
experience on calculating employee's payroll.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Residing in Eastern Province, KSA.

• Previous HR experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
