MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications : One year related experience may be substituted for
one year of education, if degree is required.
Bachelor s Degree
Experience :
Five to eight years of experience in the HR field, or college
level degree and three (3) years of Human Resources experience.
Skills :
Proficient with personal computers required, including
Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Excellent Outlook and Email writing skills
AS400, Showcase Reports, HR Acuity and Taleo (preferred)
Experienced with HR Support functions such as, Employee Relations,
Disability/Medical Benefits,
Recruiting
Processes, HR/Finance Policies and Procedures
Outstanding oral and written communications skills required
Superior public speaking and training skills
