Completely understand the HR processes and assist Management with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Prepare offer letters, NOC’s, Salary letters, Experience letter, Disciplinary letter, Termination letters etc.
Responsible to monitor the expiration dates of visa, labor card, and emirates ID, official documents and contracts related to the scope.
Working closely with the company PRO for paperwork relating to employment & residency visa sponsorships for employees most importantly stamping, medical, Emirates ID and Tawjeeh.
Maintain documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities (leave management, training, grievances, final settlement etc).
Serve as a link between management and employees by dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations and properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination and all final settlement related paperwork.
