Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program;
Counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
Respond to all Internal and External HR related enquiries or requests and provide assistance.
Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to appropriate person of the team.
Maintain records of personal related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all the employee requirements are met.
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.)
Recruitment/hiring process by greeting candidates, performance checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment offer letters/contracts, etc.
Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
Assist Supervisors in Performance management procedures.
Schedule meetings, Interviews, HR events, etc. and maintain the internal meeting agenda.
Perform orientations, on boarding and updated records with new hires.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Database of all HR processes.
Providing timely assistance to team members regarding benefit and human resource.
Maintaining employee personal files to ensure legal compliance.
Preparing offer packets, benefit packets and other employee related information.
Coordinating employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations, and payments.
Coordinating new hire paperwork, and new hire orientation meetings.
