Responsible for the recruitment activities in terms of different advertisement tools, CV screening, phone screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews.
• Recruit white & Blue collars ( specially Telesales & call center agents ).
• Participate in job fairs.
• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Responsible for the medical and Social employees insurance file to editing, cancellation, and following up with the medical insurance provider.
• Manage & update the employee s files.
• Assist in prepare HR monthly reports.
• Assist the HR department in any needed tasks.
job requirements
2 to 4 years
Bachelor Degree.
• 2 years of experience.
• Good Command in English & Computer Skills.
• Ability to work & handle in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
