HR Manager Employee Relations & Welfare.
Handle the key areas like compensation & benefits, employee relation & engagement, employee welfare activities, performance management, employee grievance, employee diversity, HR policies & procedure, statutory compliance and other day to day functions.
Handling all HR & Employee Relation & Engagement activities, Organizing Staff Functions, set up various staff events and other awareness programmes, aimed at enhancing the sense of bonding and oneness amongst the employees.
Preparation & implementation of the annual engagement calendar to ensure the field team enjoys the fun at work culture every month.
Advises and trains managers and supervisors in best employee relations practices and strategies for managing supervisor problems and employee grievances. Develops further training as needed.
Uses surveys, interviews, and other studies to conduct research regarding human resource policies, compensation, and other employment issues. After analyzing the information, makes recommendations on changes.
