(HR Recruiter) with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the Property Shop Investment. As part of a Human Resources team, recruiters (also known as corporate recruiters and internal recruiters) are responsible for leading the staffing efforts of Property Shop Investment and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line. These highly skilled and often equally highly educated HR professionals possess knowledge of employment and have a deep understanding of the organization and its staffing needs, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key responsibilities and duties within Job Specific Competencies
Expectation as per PSI:
• Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers
• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting consultancy agencies, getting a quotation from Job Sites providing organization information and opportunities that are upcoming from PSI
• Determines applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups and job sites
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicant to interviews
• Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at PSI and its sister companies
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks
• To Adhere Time to hire strategy, the time between when a candidate enters an ATS (Application Tracking System) to when they receive an offer
• Experience with different interview formats, like in-person interviews, group interviews, and phone screening calls
• Ability to plan and manage initial hiring stages (e.g. job posting, networking, sourcing, screening and interviewing)
• Proficiency in English, Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
• Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Customer Services Skills:
• Ensure a professional communication with PSI clients by presenting PSI in the best image
• Exceed PSI expectations by providing the best approach in meeting PSI needs and requirements
• Abide by a PSI code of conduct by appearing formal, elegant, and being professional all the time
• Answering and responding to telephone inquiries as per PSI policy
• Procedures:
• Sourcing:
• Understand open positions and requirements needed as mentioned in the recruitment requisition form
• Work upon a priority list as suggested by the recruitment Manager
• Identify various cost effective sources for CV search
• Utilize CV search portals effectively to conduct daily sourcing for the current positions
• Screening & Shortlisting profiles:
• Select profiles, which bet meets the position requirement
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates based selection parameters of JD
• Share a daily report with line manager, including shortlisted profiles
• Interviewing:
• Schedule and coordinate of interviews with the HR manager if requested and line managers
• Performing different types of Interviews ( Phone, Panel, Assessment)
• Ensure compliance of the recruitment process by making sure use of all application forms, interview evaluation sheets, as well as take interview comments of all the interviewers involved
• Maintain the database for all interviews conducted both rejected and selected candidates
• Follow up with candidates & line managers:
• Follow up with the candidates and provide them with their application status
• Prepare offer letter for selected candidates
• Make sure all required documents are collected on the day of signing the offer letter
• Arrange for pre assessment, training and maintain attendance sheet for candidates
• Coordinating between line managers for the training and joining dates of the new employee
• Ensure all candidates are aware about the job role by discussing the JD in details
• Ensure each candidate send a daily report for HR on what was learned during the training duration
• HR Recruitment reports:
• Maintain and track recruitment pipeline for selected candidates on a daily basis
• Share a daily report with the line manager about daily tasks and scheduled interviews
• Maintain the weekly and monthly recruitment dashboard
• Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations
• HR Operations
• Inform PRO to provide MOL offer for the candidate
• Coordinate with candidate to sign the MOL offer letter and send him/her for a medical test, finger print for EID
• Regular follow up with candidates on their joining dates, MOL offer and visa status
• Onboarding the candidates with a clear policies and employee handbook that explain companies Operations

Requirement:
• 2-4 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
• Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in the relevant industry environment
• Proven experience in evaluating applicants for seniority roles and different positions
• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
• BS/MS in Human Resources Management
