HR Specialist for An IT Company
Job Location : Bahrain
Duties and responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact in training/Tamkeen and Administration.
Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.
Respond to any governmental correspondences.
Assist with recruitment once needed.
Act as the first point of contact in all HR administrative procedures and Recruitment.
Ensure that all leave balances are accurate and well maintained and monitored.
Responsible for final settlements of employees.
Conduct interviews
Conduct exit interviews for resigned employees.
Manage offer process and negotiate compensation package including salary, the start date for overseas recruitment.
Responsible for staff attendance and to provide time and attendance reports to all Department Heads/Directors on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, if needed.
Responsible for staff grievances.
Act as the first point of contact in payroll and dealing promptly with employee issues/concerns to a satisfactory resolution.
Ensure accurate payments are made for salaries, hourly paid on a monthly basis.
Produce monthly reports to agreed deadlines (e.g. to inform and provide data to Accounts), if applicable.
Process increases and calculation of back pay.
Assist with personnel and employee relations tasks/issues when required.
Assists with external recruiting efforts, including maintaining relationships with agents, associations, and other recruiters. Represents the organization at selected job fairs. Assists management with performance concerns, disciplinary action, and conflict management issues.
Develop and implement policies, programs, and procedures related to Employee Relations.
Ensure employee handbook reflects current policy.
Conduct exit interviews for resigned employees.
Provide feedback to Company management regarding the competency level of resigned/terminated employees.
Produce monthly reports to agreed deadlines.
Requirements :
Need experience
Must be in Bahrain
Excellent written/oral communication skills.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to act on own initiative and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills.
Able to analyses and follow policies and procedures in service delivery
Knowledge in Bahrain Labor Law
Strong attention to details Good organization skills
Good time management
