Implement and monitor the project HSE Management System in compliance with DEWA SP06 and DM safety standards.

Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and hazard analysis at all stages of project execution (civil, erection, and piling works).

Ensure compliance with method statements, risk assessments (MSRA), and permit-to-work systems

Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training sessions for site personnel.

Investigate and report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

Coordinate with DEWAs HSE representatives and project management for regular audits and inspections.

Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, incident reports, and weekly/monthly safety performance reports.

Ensure proper implementation of environmental management plans, including waste management and pollution control.

Promote a positive safety culture across all site teams and subcontractors.
