Job Description: We are looking forward to hire HSE Officer who can join Immediately
Visit VISA / Cancelled VISA candidates are preferred. He/she must be present in UAE to attend the interview
Management and Technical activities.
• Overall implementation of company HSE policy
• Monitoring and implementation of HSE objectives.
• Daily monitoring of on site safety conditions.
• Attend weekly comprehensive company progress meeting.
• Undertake daily HSE inspection ensuring follow- up and rectification of detected irregularities and report the same to the Project Manager and QHSE Manager.
• Coordinate review of the HSE manual and all health, safety and environment related documentation with QHSE Manager, including method of statements, work permit procedures and safety equipment requisitions to ensure compliance with established standards and coordinate the updation of all firm s/client s established policies to support HSE programs.
• Assist in the preparation of the Company s specific HSE operating procedures to ensure contract obligations are met.
• Review scope of work completed from the safety and environment perspective, to identify trends and possible exposure to problems.
• Investigate accidents/ Near Miss report, set up recommendation and corrective actions with the close out date follow up the same to ensure implementation & effectiveness of the corrective action to avoid recurrence of the same.
• Diploma in Health and Safety with 5 years experience in the field of construction industry and specifically in MEP.
• Carrying out safety audits / site inspections on construction sites
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures.
• Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
• Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures.
• Ability to analyse processes and make recommendations for improvements.
• Program planning and implementation skills.
