We are looking for HSE Officer
Coordinate health and safety systems in Mai Dubai. Identify hazards, assess risks to health and safety, put appropriate safety controls in place and provide advice about accident prevention and occupational health to the HSE Manager and employees.
Assist development, implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health, and safety policies and programs for Mai Dubai
Responsibilities and duties :
Inspect workplaces and workplace equipment, such as Machines and Equipment's, to ensure they meet safety regulations and to Audit Report identify hazards and risks
Work with engineers and other professionals to ensure the safety of production lines as per OEM recommendation and work practices
Ensure personal protective equipment (such as hearing protection,dust masks, safety glasses, footwear and safety helmets), is being Daily Safety Reports used in workplaces according to regulations.
Ensure dangerous materials are correctly stored
Record and report hazards, accidents, injuries and health issues within the workplace
Provide medical support in case of accidents (First Aid )
Assist with the investigation of accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes and recommend remedial action
Coordinate emergency procedures, mine rescues, firefighting and first aid crews
Assist the employees in conducting risk analyses as required. In addition to the Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) of existing task process
Assist in continuously update MSDS database and continuously inform individuals concerning the introduction of new chemicals in MSDS is communicated.
Assist in building and maintaining an environmental system complying with ISO 14001 requirements.
Monitor, record and analyze environmental parameters such as noise, DB temperature, WB temperature, Humidity , CO, CO2 to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Assist in implementation of HSE programs and continuous improvement related initiatives
Attend minor and major contracting works to ensure contractor compliance with local regulations in addition to the SWP issued to him.
Develop, maintain, and update an ergonomic compliance system to be integrated with the purchase department to ensure Offices safety.
