Human Capital Management System - Techno Functional

seeking a business analyst to be based in Dubai
➢ Be part of a team to support the existing business technology solutions.
➢ Self-sufficient to develop new business technology solutions to address business requirements.
➢ Should be capable to advise/train the business users on business technology solutions

Minimum Qualifications/Experience

➢ Bachelor’s Degree holder.
➢ Minimum 4 years in business analysis and systems testing using structured methodologies.
➢ Minimum 8 years IT experience covering requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, end user testing across business applications for large complex organizations.
➢ Proven ability to engage stakeholders and able to translate and map business requirements to software systems.
➢ Proven project documentation capabilities (covering the entire SDLC).
➢ Competent in Gap analysis.
➢ Presentation skills.
➢ Excellent written and verbal communication in English, including report writing and presentation Skills.
➢ TILv3 Foundation and PMP qualifications would be preferable.

Technical Expertise:

➢ At least 3 years of experience in Fusion HCM applications. ➢ Good experience Core HR, Talent Management and Payroll Modules.
➢ Good experience in Taleo Recruit and Onborading.
➢ Knowledge on Learning Management System (LMS) will be an advantage.
➢ Strong experience in HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fusion Security and Fast Formula.
➢ Strong experience in OTBI, BI Publishers, Infolets and other HR dashboards.
➢ Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
