Managing and supervising all tasks related to immigration for the company and its clients e.g.: Iqama Issuance, Iqama renewal, Iqama Replacement, Iqama print, Visa Extension, Exit re-entry visa, Transfer of sponsorship, Job title change, Correction of Name in Iqama, etc.
Managing and supervising all tasks related to government relations for the company and its clients e.g.: SAGIA Renewal, CR Renewal, CoC Renewal / Issuance, Wasel Renewal / Issuance, Municipality Renewal / Issuance, SECB (Event), SCE, E-waqala, Gosi certificates, Gosi reports, Saudization certificate, Netaqat reports, Ajeer letters, Muqeem subsection and renewal, Muqeem recharge, CoC recharge, Visit visa attestation, MoFA attestation, etc.
Building knowledge base in relation to procedures, processes, regulations and provide consultation to internal departments on government processes.
Monitoring and keeping aware of changes in Saudi Arabian regulation.
Assigning and monitoring the fluid execution of operational tasks by the GRO team members.
Supervising the timely preparation of all employee-related applications by GROs.
