JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Make a list of the positions requested by the departments.
2. Analyze the job description and position requirements.
3. Send emails and follow-up recruitment agencies to get CVs and other documents in time.
4. Sort and review the CVs and make short list of the candidates and inform them of the shortage of documents required.
5. Conduct screening interview, if needed, to trim down the number of candidates.
6. Select the qualified candidates and present to the concerned department heads for final selection and get their comments and recommendation.
7. Present to the Management the qualified candidates selected by the department heads for approval.
8. Send the Terms and Condition to the selected candidates to get their acceptance to be able to proceed to formalities.
9. Hand-over to the H.R Manager all the documents of the selected candidate in order to arrange VISA.
10. Arrange the travel ticket of the selected candidate in coordination with H.R Manager and the Management.
11. Arrange accommodation and transportation to pick up the selected candidate from the airport.

المؤهل :
يجب أن يكون لديه 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في توظيف و التعامل مع أعمال الموظفين. كفاءة تقييم المرشحين المؤهلين وفرزهم واختيارهم. Gulf experience is preferable.
