Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound activities including receiving, checking, and recording incoming shipments
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to maintain efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures
- Maintain accurate inbound inventory records and documentation
- Enhance operational efficiency through process improvements
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Investigate and resolve inbound discrepancies
- Ensure safe handling and storage of materials
- Support reporting and daily operational planning
- Maintain communication with internal stakeholders for smooth operations
