About the Job
Within this position, you will be responsible to promote the company products, in order to generate and achieve your sales targets. This would include:
•Producing technical proposals to the required level of detail as identified in the tender/RFQ
•Responding to customer inquiries & requests promptly, professionally and effectively
•Effectively presenting proposals and solutions to customers in line with requirements and handle questions or feedback constructively and professionally
•Meet/Increase sales quotas at existing customers through exceptional sales support as well as the introduction of new/existing products, applications, and services.
•Effectively negotiate and close all potential sales
•Achieve buy into a proposed solution of all stakeholders, both internal and external
•Working as part of a sales/proposals team and adapting as required to ensure all workloads are prioritized
•Contribute to the overall business as required depending on the relevancy of the targets to your specific job responsibilities.
•Managing and prioritizing workload as required, applying a measured approach according to urgency/importance
•Working with the Marketing department to promote sales efforts
•Attending trade shows to seek out potential customers and to represent the company at these shows

•BSc in Engineering or equivalent job experience will be considered.
•Minimum three years of industry-related experiences, such as product, sales, project or combination of experience and training in one or more areas
•Knowledge about the concepts of Industrial 4.0, IoT, Security and MES systems.
•Knowledge of industrial electrical products and applications.
•Knowledge of Control and Automation products to include, PLC's, HMI's and general Controllers.
•Skilled in selling products & services, negotiating sales, pricing, and terms.
•Ability to effectively communicate information and present ideas and solutions to the customer.
•Ability to work in a team, empowering other organizational functions and supporting other team members.
•Out-Of-Box thinking towards complex problems, with a flexible and innovative approach to generating solutions.
•An entrepreneurial mindset, with an "I can do it" approach, as a team member
•Perfect Arabic and English language skills, both in writing and speaking
•Driving License is a must
•Flexibility to travel inside and outside Egypt, up to 25%.
