A. Accountabilities:
• Responsible for annual information security training plans for Head of Information Security Governance.
• Ensure that the Information security training and awareness activities are adequately performed as per the annual plan
• Design and develop information security training and awareness programs
• Responsible for appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development classes)
• Responsible for Market available training and awareness to employees and provide necessary information about sessions
• Conduct organization-wide information security training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
• Maintain education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
• Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
• Manage instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of information security training on employee skills and KPIs
• Responsible for feedback gathering from trainers and trainees after each educational session
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
• Research and recommend new training methods

B. Qualifications:
• Experience in creating multimedia content with advanced graphics software.

D. Experience:
• At least 6 years of experience in assisting IT Systems Development & Multimedia design.

C. Skills:
• Experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
• Good presentation & documentation skills.
• Excellent Communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Arabic language would be an advantage
• Kuwait Based With Transferable Visa
