A company located in Dubai, mainly dealing with industrial and retail weighing scales and systems, weighbridges, material handling equipment, instrumentation, measuring instruments, and other industrial equipment.
We are looking for a male or female for the below available 2 vacancies:
1. Inside Sales Executive (Engineer) Ref.: NG-SE0207
2. Sales Coordinator. Ref.: NG-SC0207

(1) Inside Sales Executive (Engineer) Ref.: NG-SE0207
Salary: 4,000-6,000 AED +commission & bonus, (depend on experience & skills), Transportation, Visa, Insurance
Scope of work: Handling all inbound sales related tasks as per the below: -
- Receiving the inquiries, prepare & send a quotation, or PI
- Conduct meetings, follow up and site visits
- Closing, invoicing, and monitoring deliveries
- Prepare sales reports
- Cold calling
Qualifications: -
- Graduated related to the fields of: Mechatronics, Instrumentation & process control, Industrial Automation, Electronics Engineering
- 2 years’ sales experience in related to products and service of weighing scales, industrial automation, or instrumentation
- Excellent business communication and Coordination skills
- Very good: Computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel
- Must be: Fast learner, strong personality, highly disciplined, clear English language, 100% physically fit
- Holding a valid driving License

(2) Sales Coordinator. Ref.: NG-SC0207
Salary: 3,000-4,000 AED (depend on experience & skills), +bonus, Transportation, Visa, Insurance
Scope of work: Support all inbound sales related tasks as per the below: -
- Receiving the inquiries, prepare & send a quotation, or PI
- Support sales on their follow up and related communication
- invoicing
- Prepare sales reports
- Arrange and monitoring deliveries and related operations
- Customer service
Qualifications: -
- Graduated related to the fields of: Mechatronics, Instrumentation & process control, Industrial Automation, Electronics Engineering
- Experience in sales coordination/operations
- Excellent business communication and Coordination skills
- Very good: Computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel
- Must be: Fast learner, highly disciplined, clear English language, 100% physically fit
- Experience related to products and service of weighing scales, industrial automation, or instrumentation will be an advantage
- Fresh graduated and Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply if they match the education or experience qualifications, with the skills required
