Job Description:
The Instructional Designer Provides services in the development of eLearning material for the organization, in both academic and non-academic situations. The role will also take a leading role of supporting staff engagement with online learning, this may include developing support materials and supporting staff through small workshops on specific learning initiatives. The primary function of this role includes the supporting staff in the analysis of requirements, storyboarding of material and development of online Subjects of modules. The role will assist in the development of staff in the techniques of eLearning within the context of a Blended Learning curriculum.

Job Specifications:
Strong experience in development of eLearning materials.
An in-depth knowledge of a Learning Management System, preferably Google Workspace
In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
Lesson and curriculum planning skills
Ability to develop ePortfolios in support of learning
Ability to work independently
Coordinate project resources and engage others to deliver on competing priorities
Ability to design and deliver staff development initiatives in online learning
Strong presentation skills
Strong teamwork skills.
Relevant Higher Education Qualifications
Remuneration: AED 5, 000/- per month.
