This role is expected to work closely with International IT Heads and HO heads and staff to support the regional business operations
Coordinate with all international IT heads and subsidiaries to accomplish international IT results by communicating job expectations;
planning, monitoring, coaching, counseling, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies, and procedures
Act as the main escalation point within ITD for risks and issues concerning the local IT Services.
Regularly monitor and report for agreed KPIs.
Ensuring local and int’l regulations are adhered to. Group polices are understood and followed
ensure that incidents and issues are addressed in timely manner to ensure the smooth operations in all int’l regions.
Together with the Head - IT International, Subsidiaries & Strategic Projects and Head office management, provide direction on the
use of emerging technologies for IT systems
Regularly report to the line manager the key risks, major incidents, key changes, audit observations status, regulatory compliance and
