What You ll Do
- Monitor technical systems and governance KPIs, identify non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions.
- Audit compliance with ISO 38500 and other international IT governance standards.
- Review and assess project documents for technical quality and adherence to governance policies.
- Lead business continuity, recovery testing, and IT risk management initiatives.
- Provide technical advisory support and conduct awareness sessions for departments.
- Develop executive dashboards and analytical reports for senior management.
- Implement automation tools for testing, reporting, and compliance tracking.
- Enhance IT governance frameworks, policies, and performance indicators.
- Coordinate with Dubai Digital Authority, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and cost optimization across IT operations.

Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Governance, Quality Assurance, and Compliance.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 38500 and governance frameworks.
- Experience in IT risk management, continuity planning, and compliance monitoring.
- Excellent skills in developing reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
