الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization.

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network devices to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary upgrades or patches to maintain security and efficiency.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Document IT processes, system configurations, and support activities for knowledge sharing and compliance.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system migrations and software deployments.
  • Ensure data backup, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance IT infrastructure.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on new technologies, software, and best practices.

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with network administration, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and remote access solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective user support.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high security standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work arrangement.
