Responsible for effective provisioning, operation, and maintenance of server s infrastructure. Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software, and related procedures adhere to organizational values and safety rules. Maintain Server hardware and SAN Storage. Administer and maintain Virtualization environment on VMware. Test and install application, OS, and other upgrades and patches as needed. Ensure systems are highly available and scalable. Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning, troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating system, escalating systems problems to vendor. Perform daily system monitoring, plan and verify integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, manage and troubleshoot backup system. Develops clear documentation & instruction manuals.
Experience with HPE servers, Windows Servers 2016/2019 troubleshooting, HPE SAN Storage management, Veeam Backup and Replication, Advanced VMware vSphere and vCenter, Microsoft Exchange Server and PowerShell scripting.
