Position: Support engineer
Kindly note that we need a 1st Line Support Engineer to join our Support Team. The Successful candidate will be expected to work with all areas of the business that utilise NavisionBusiness Central, heshe will be expected to have prior experience in both ERP support and business processes.
Responsibilities
Resolution of technical and functional support requests.
Managing all support requests from start to finish ensuring that the end user is kept up to date with progress at all times.
Reviewing of system bugs reported by customers to establish if user error or system error and handle them.
Responsible for handling system changes requested by the customers from development to testing to delivery.
Ensure appropriate standards and procedures are adhered to during the development process.

Education and experience
Bachelor s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related Engineering or Computer Application degrees.
At least 1 year's experience of Dynamics NAV SupportDevelopment (AL CAL).
SQL and SQL Server Reporting Services is must
