Knowledge of all sanitation requirements for dish room, pot room, and general kitchen area.
Maintain appearance and uniform standards.
Maintain cleanliness of all assigned areas. Ensures work areas are orderly.
Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner.
Ensure all breakages and chipped items are removed from circulation and inventoried.
Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
High School Diploma.
Two years experience in same field.
Strong communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
